Have you seen the new Atkins book? New Atkins for a New You: The Ultimate Diet for Shedding Weight and Feeling Great. Now, as you may recall, Dr. Atkins died some years ago. No, he’s not releasing new works from beyond the grave like Tupac, several doctors have come together to re-release the Atkins principles and sharpen them up a bit. For those of you who are Atkins followers this new reference may come in handy.
